The Process:

Before pictures and video
Pre or Post Sealed Crawl RADON test
Remove all old insulation and any old plastic and dispose at dump.
Clean and grade crawl floor
Pressure spray entire crawl ceiling, walls, pillars, pipes, electrical, AC unit …etc
Hydrostatic cement seal below grade penetrations/pipes.
Foam seal all band joist perforations
Install R-19 fiberglass in Band Joist
Install 1st plastic layer … clear 6 mil
Change clothes
Install string lights (Lights your entire crawl so from the door you can see through to the back)
Install white 10 mil
Wrap seal columns
Seal all vents with rigid board insulation and expanding foam seal
Install rigid board insulation on entire wall (per code)
Foam seal top of insulation AND seal sill plate
Insulate and seal door so it is air tight
Seal all floor penetrations
Install a 2nd door insulation seal
Install crawl drain
Install 3rd 6mil Layer and additional 10 mil layer around door area for added protection giving it 28 mil protection all around door area. 16 mil throughout the entire crawl.
Leave behind repair kit … 100 sq ft white 10 mil plastic and 120+ ft of 4 in. sealing tape.
Install remote light switch so you can turn on all the lights from outside the crawl door.

*Install remote Humidity and temperature gauge
…….so from the comfort of inside your home you can see that your crawl space is at the perfect humidity of 55%-60% and temperature within 5-10% of your 1st floor.
